These stilts can be used at two different heights. For beginners, it is recommended to start with the 35 cm height (without extensions). With some experience and confidence, you can switch to the 90 cm height. Changing from short to long stilts is very easy. The upper part can be shaped around your leg so it fits perfectly. On the footplate, you can attach a pair of shoes for maximum comfort and stability

Previously, the extensions were black, but the new silver-coloured ones offer several advantages. The new extensions fit more securely into the stilt, with even less play, ensuring they stay firmly in place. They also contain built-in springs that absorb shocks, making stilt walking even more comfortable
