Payment options
Bank Transfer: you will receive an email with our bank details. You can transfer the amount of your order to Rabobank account IBAN: NL69 RABO 0109 1436 98 in the name of Circus-expert.com, stating the order number.
Cash or pin when picking up in our store
Products in stock
We work with a large own stock so we can deliver quickly. Usually orders received before 3 p.m. can be shipped the same day. DHL processes the packages and makes sure they are delivered as quickly as possible.. At checkout, you can also choose to have the package delivered to a DHL pickup point near you or to an alternative address.
Products that are out of stock
Some items state that they are out of stock and usually cannot be ordered. Please call or email us if you would like to know when we can deliver them. Through partnerships with other stores and suppliers, we can often deliver materials quickly anyway.
Can I get it today?
If materials are in stock you can pick them up at our store in The Netherlands.

Orders
Orders received on working days before 15:00 are processed within 24 hours. If in stock, the order will be shipped by us within one to two business days after payment.
Delivery time is usually 1 to 5 business days. If part of your order is not in stock and must be ordered from third parties, we will wait until your order can be shipped at once. You will be informed of this by us. In case of any problems you can always contact us at info@circus-expert.com
Usually you will have the ordered items within two to five business days after payment. If you have to wait longer than 5 days for the ordered item, we will notify you in time.
You then have the option to cancel the order and the amount paid by you will be refunded.
Problems?
If you have a complaint, about a product or service provided by us, please send an email to info@circus-expert.com with as accurate a description of your complaint as possible. You will receive a confirmation and a response within 2 days. We will then try to find a good solution with and for you as soon as possible.
Returning items
For the delivery of goods - Effects of cancellation:
"If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."
