Although there are no fixed guidelines for the "correct" length of the staff, depending on your height, we recommend the following sizes:

• Height: > 183cm, Staff Length: 150 cm
• Height: 170cm - 183cm, Staff Length: 145 cm
• Height: < 170cm, Staff Length: 140 cm
