The Prodigy Aerial Yoga Rig is designed as a safe and user-friendly solution for practicing at home. Fully tested and certified in the UK, it’s the ideal indoor A-frame for hanging aerial yoga hammocks or performing aerial conditioning exercises

This rig is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use; however, note that the chrome finish is not weather-resistant, so it should be brought indoors after use

Adjustable and Portable

• Floor area: 2.0 m x 2.6 m
• Maximum height: 2.9 m

The connecting leg sections can be removed to reduce the height to approximately 2 m, making it suitable for indoor use in rooms with lower ceilings

The rig can be assembled by one person, though it’s easier with two

• Longest part: ~105 cm – fits easily into most cars and requires minimal storage space
• Total weight: 38 kg

Strong and Stable

Specifically designed for aerial yoga, the Prodigy rig prioritizes strength and safety:

• Legs: 45 mm steel tubes with a wall thickness of 1.8 mm, connected by bolted joints for additional stability
• Top bar: 50 mm seamless steel tube with a wall thickness of 3 mm, reinforced by 5.5 mm steel plates welded to the bridge section

Perfect for Aerial Conditioning

While primarily intended for yoga, this rig is also ideal for basic movements and strength training with other aerial equipment

It can be set up at two different heights:

• Lower height (2 m): Great for conditioning and yoga in lower-ceilinged spaces. No floor anchors are required due to reduced leverage on the top bar
• Full height (2.9 m): Provides enough space for full yoga poses, short aerial silks, aerial hoops, or trapeze training
